Raw Hawaiian Honey Company

The island of Hawaii is best known as the "Big Island" and is the combined size of all the other islands. This island unique in that it hosts 10 of the worlds 14 climate zones. It is this variety that contributes to the unique aroma and flavor of Hawaiian raw honey.

All of us at Hamakua Apiaries take pride in how we stuart the bees and the way the honey is collected. We choose locations that have nectar flows all year. The means we do not have to supplement of the bees nutritional needs. We also take time to mentor other beekeepers, and have help start 5 other beekeepers that follow our quality practices.
