Small hobby farm. I have 6 ewes, and one ram. Two purebred Shetlands (one is a very light creme. The other is a pretty reddish brown) Shetlands are a heritage breed, and somewhat endangered. I also have a Suffolk ewe, a one half Clun Forest one half Shetland ewe (creme), two pretty reddish brown ewes that are half Coopworth one fourth Shetland and one fourth Clun Forest, and my ram who is two thirds Cheviot and one third Shetland (white). Some spinners like to include Cheviot to add length to the strands. Baby lambs sometimes available for sale late Spring to early Summer. Other companion animals include a BLM mustang mare, a BLM jenny, and a nanny goat thats in the local live Nativity every year. I also have free range chickens, ducks, and geese. Large chicken eggs are 1.50 a dozen, and baby chicks, goslings, and ducks sometimes available for sale with request. Theres is also a resident Peacock pair, so pea chicks are sometimes available as well.

Raw Shetland wool is 9 dollars per pound plus shipping. Currently available is creme Shetland wool, and reddish brown shetland wool. Wool from the other sheep in the farm description is also available. Eggs from free range chickens also available at 1.50 per carton.
