Rax and Trax Farms is a family owned and operated farm specializing in Pasture Raised, Hormone and Antibiotic free Hertiage Breed Beef and Pork. We raise Hereford Pigs and Scottish Highland Cattle. We are dedicated to providing healthy farm fresh food at an affordable price to the public. Our cows are natural humanley raised right here on our farm. Our Highlands, get to spend their first year with their mothers, then are separated out after weaning with other calves similar in age to reduce to the stress of weaning. Our Hereford pigs spend their first 2 and half months with their mom and then their mom is moved into a separate pasture allowing the piglets to remain in a familiar enviornment with their litter mates. We sell direct to consumers by the retail cut or specialty boxes. Our farm is diversifying and planting lavender which will support honey bee's and allow our farm to be a destination for the public to experience a working farm. We are dedicated to feeding our family (four legged ones are family too!) to feed yours.
