Located just a short drive 18 miles west of willows, ca off the i-5 corridor you will find plants by mel, a small family ran nursery and farm. Started in the early spring of 2008 and growing stronger each season plants by mel offers new products and services to the communities that surround them. Garden starts, bedding plants, ornamentals, fruit trees, shrubs, natives, herbs, soil amendments, decorative yard art, seasonal garden goodies, edible flowers, seeds, and csa boxes among many other choices. Plants by mel is interested in heirloom varieties of plants and vines, we are willing to do trades. Fresh food bags are just $25.00 and delivered weekly to surrounding areas such as willows. its a bag of farm fresh seasonal produce delivered weekly. Must be paid one week in advance, one month in advance is okay. cloth bags are traded out upon delivery and checks or cash are welcome. Thank You.
