We kid in April and naturally raise our goats with kids grazing pasture alongside their moms during the summer for approximately the first three months of age. After weaning, the does continue to graze for as long as the season allows. The kids are fed or graze forage and are supplemented with a fiber feed source free of drugs and antibiotics.
We strive to raise healthy goats in a natural environment under humane conditions to provide a high-quality meat product. Our goats are processed at inspected facilities into standard retail cuts. Red Oak Farm is a state-licensed food establishment.
