Open year-round on Wednesdays, 10am-5pm. The market sells fresh produce, grassfed buffalo and beef, eggs produced from organically certified grains, and more. Located at 7,100' altitude in agricultural zone 4, the market is onsite with the Taos Pueblo Education & Training Division, the Taos Pueblo Preservation Project, Red Willow Farm, and Red Willow Community Growers Cooperative. Red Willow Farm is the year-round supplier of fresh produce grown in renewable energy-heated greenhouses (5,400 sq. ft.) as well as seasonal fields--all supplied by drip irrigation. Red Willow Co-op members provide the grass-fed beef, seasonal produce, fresh breads and pastries, fruits (in season), and various value-added products (jams, jellies, soaps, etc.). The Pueblo of Taos Warchief's Office provides the grass-fed buffalo. All meats are USDA certified.
