Locally grown organic produce, naturally raised meats and cheeses, environmentally friendly cleaning products, and a wide variety of health and body care items. Many products at Seward Co-op are organic, local or fair trade and our in-store deli offers hot and chilled prepared foods. The classroom provides education, films and discussions on relevant food issues and our SEED donation program has raised more than $250,000 for area non-profits in two years. A member owned cooperative since 1972.

I stopped in real quick over the noon hour, and had to circle the parking lot 3 times to get a parking spot, and there were 3 other cars waiting for spots before me....unfortunately with driving around that long, 2 cars snuck into spots... Seward Co-op is a cooperatively-owned, natural foods grocery store and deli located in a LEED gold level-certified building in Minneapolis. Seward Co-op is owned by more than 10,000 members, who elect a board of directors comprised of nine member-owners. The board then hires, guides and evaluates the general manager, who oversees store operations. Fresh produce, featuring organic, local & fair trade items and an in-house meat & seafood department which sources 100% of its meat from local farms.
