Since the initial closure of many businesses at the beginning of the pandemic, we remained open by shifting to a takeout model, and as the first year progressed, we added a market to what was previously our dining room. It, like our kitchen, focuses on foods from small local makers and farmers. Our market has grown over the past two years and is now a community staple providing many unique and high quality food items not otherwise available.
