CSA: Redtail Farm, LLC

This is a meat CSA, which would include 1/2 pig, and either one Thanksgiving Turkey or fresh rabbit meat (member's choice).

Pork - includes roughly 80 pounds of pork, including 1 ham, pork chops, ribs, country style ribs, italian sausage, roast, hams and bacon. Hams and bacon are naturally smoked, though members can choose to have all of the meat fresh at their discretion.

Thanksgiving turkey - Member can choose to receive one fresh heritage breed turkey, or one standard frozen white broad breasted turkey. The difference being size and flavor.

Rabbit - As an alternative to the turkey, members can choose 5-6 whole rabbits, fresh or freshly frozen, each averaging 3-4 pounds.

All animals are humanely raised with fresh veggies, grains and fresh water, and nothing more. CSA members also enjoy discounts on other farm products like chicken and quail eggs.
