We raise two heritage breeds of pig (large black and Hereford). This cross gives us the meat qualities, temperament and pasture vigor we look for. Our animals are pasture raised and free to roam, root, and wallow as pigs should. This is not the other white meat. Pigs allowed to graze (as well as the feed we use from a local mill) have darker red meat and real pork flavor. We also raise a limited number of pasture raised chicken and turkey.
