Small batch wood fired sourdough bakery in Bandon Oregon. We specialize in slow cold fermented breads, using stone ground wheat and rye milled on site. Only the freshest organic and local ingredients are used in making the bread. The five day ferment produces a bread that is easily digestible, highly nutritious, and lower glycemic index than conventional bread.
