Always looking for small producers, people with a passion for what they do. Almost anything is of interest, meat, produce, herbs, honey.... We are a moderately sized restaurant in a city where it is becoming more and more of a challenge to stand out from the crowd. Our concept embraces the southern United States as well as the Southwest. Anything cool and funky, send my way! My biggest challenge has been getting you're wonderful products to me, I would be more than happy to feature more local ingredients; ideas, suggestions, and solutions are more than welcome! Alison
