Steven Palmer has the right idea here, this outfit is a fraudulent scam, I am 150% sure of this. All of what Mr. Palmer stated in his review is completely accurate, though he left out some other critical areas of review . . . underfed animals, poor conditions, bad treatment to workers (ask literally anyone who has ever worked for them or with them) unsanitary shop, total inconsistency in products, blatant lies to the trusted consumers that help support their "business" and other local farms . . . I could go on to the REALLY bad points but I will stop there, at least for now. Just like Steven said in his review, go to the "farm" and see for yourself. If someone doesn't figure out what is going on in the first 5 minutes, they are absolutely green and getting the wool pulled over their eyes. Don't let the lot of dummy cattle fool you either, there is little chance that you are actually getting a product that came from it.

Laurent lies. He does not raise chickens nor does he raise his lambs. He buys beef from auctions. If you do not believe me go to his farm

I have been buying meat and eggs from Arcadian Pastures for over 3 years and have never been let down. Laurent is a wealth of knowledge and is always wiling to take the time to explain cuts, or cooking techniques, and to talk about the animals raised on the farm. It's always a pleasure to stop at the farm's stand every week!
