I can count on Holden Farmer's Market participants to provide fresh grown on their own farms produce. No fake, bought at the grocery store or retailer and sold as "my own". Other farmers markets do not monitor that activity, but I know Holden does! I am happy to visit Holden Farmers Market for good produce!

All of the local farmers work so very hard and are dedicated to provide the Holden area with the freshest foods. Most live very close to the land and nature, and understand the, "small carbon footprint," concept.

I love to be able to buy the fresh produce and eggs or local honey or trade with other vendors for what I need. I also love how friendly an knowledgable all the vendors are.

I have been involved in our Farmers Market for 3 years now as a vendor/customer and I LOVE IT. The people are wonderful and it is a great way to get all kinds of gardening and healthy eating information, try new foods, and just build great relationships with people in your community.

Holden is a very small town, with some of the nicest people you will meet, The Farmers Market is 5 yrs old and seems to be growing each yr. We have so much fun and have made many friends, that people who set up tend to keep coming back.
