So much variety from creative local people, from arts and crafts to locally grown flowers and vegetables, and baked goods and homemade soaps and woodworks and ceramics and stonework. And music to boot. Great fun.

There's a great selection and variety for a market of this size, including a lot of organically grown produce and free-range meats.

I truely believe in the Organic produce that is sold there, and knowing it is locally grown adds to the betterment of our county.

Food is great, and the meat and eggs ar the best. The people are wonderful. I can't wait to go on Saturdays!
The variety from Organic produce to coffee, to music to arts and crafts, make Nelson one of the best markets I have ever visited.

Great prices, great selection, not as crowded as the City Market in Charlottesville.

they have everything, all fresh, all local. besides fruits and veggies, they have organic meat, eggs, many cheeses, baked goods of all sorts, crafts, flowers, and good music, even dog treats. Everyone is friendly, animals allowed; people love to chat and give advice on growing and making things.

It captures the spirit of Nelson County- great cheese, natural meat and vegetables, great chance to chat with the farmers and other vendors. Love it!
