This is the place to be on Saturday mornings (and Wednesdays, if work will allow)! It's the best produce and kindest people on the planet.

I love to buy fresh produce and support local farm owners. Many of the sellers here are organic, everything is fresh, the variety of sellers are amazing and best of all, it is local. I can't wait to wake up every Saturday morning and head over there to check out all of the new items and see what my big score for the day will be.

There's nothing like fresh vegetables. By getting them from the Farmer's Market, I know they are coming from local farmers.

It's not just a market, it's a community gathering. You can find almost all your basics there, plus arts, crafts, baked goods, and plants.

The market is not just a shopping experience, it's a community. I love chatting with the different farmers--each week I not only get my fresh produce and meats, but I also see the same familiar, friendly faces.

If Saturday mornings are for you, then visiting the GFCM is a great way to add some spice to your life. Great produce grown locally, lots organically, and bake goods to die for. Add some coffee and great tea and you can browse the crafts that abound here. One thing's for sure, you can't go there and not meet some new friends. Probably see some old ones, too.

For the variety of fresh produce and delicious prepared food and delightful crafts, for the friendly crowds, for the sense of community and continuity you can find at the market, this one is tops!
