I have been receiving vegetables from Lamb of God's farm for three summers and I've yet to be disappointed. My first summer was the summer of the drought, and Farmer Donna reliably delivered beautiful and delicious produce - a huge crate full every week, with the possibility of buying lamb brats and buckets of tomatoes on the side. Farmer Donna manages to provide good amounts of the mainstream veggies while also helping me to expand my vegetable horizon She works to make sure I not only know what's in my box, but also how to cook it. She provides a weekly newsletter via email and responds to email inquiries. Since joining the CSA, I have learned to can and other methods of putting up vegetables in order to take full advantage of the abundant vegetable harvest. Many of the squash, leafy greens, beets, green (and other types) beans, and tomatoes last me long into the winter. I love supporting this local farm and the organic and delicious veggies it produces.

Check out Esther's Place too. That would be Natasha's yarn shop on the Lamb of God Farm.
