The greatest thing about being part of Ridgeland Harvest CSA is the connection you feel to the people and the land where your food is coming from. Our family learns to appreciate the seasonality of the food we eat as well as the work it takes to put food on our table. The quality of Ridgeland Harvest veggies can't be beat. If you've ever eaten one of their carrots, you will have a hard time buying them from anywhere else! The boxes arrive dependably at our pick up spot every week and they provide a good supply of the staple veggies we use. To top it all off, farmers Matt and Cate are some of the nicest folks you could meet. I highly recommend a Ridgeland Harvest CSA!

I never had a CSA with Mat & Cate but, I can attest to the dependability of them and quality of the produce they deliver!!! I was a chef at restaurant in La Crosse till this past January when my wife and I left to travel Mexico. I helped open La Crosse's first farm-to-table restaurant and I can honestly say that it would not have been as successful with out Ridgeland Harvest. Week in and week out we were delivered nothing but quality produce!!! In fact, when we get back in June, we're are starting a food cart and I hope to continue the relationship we started back in 2014!!!

We have been members of Ridgeland Harvest CSA for three years and love it! The produce variety is super - and ALL items that we eat! On a number of occasions we've taken advantage of the opportunity to buy extra quantities of favorite things - some we gobble up right away and some we store or process for winter. Just last night (in February!) we had a dinner including potatoes, kale, onions, beets, and garlic from the farm. We also have frozen basil that we can quickly process into fresh-tasting pesto. Our membership costs are competitive and we find that our bulk produce costs are very reasonable. It is now tradition for me to get my husband five pounds of garlic for his birthday! When Cate and Mat held a "visit the farm" day last fall, we were so happy to get to meet them and see where they grow the food we depend on all year long. Sure looking forward to our Ridgeland Harvest 2018 share!
