Postive: Eggs are good, but 1/2 dozen eggs doesn't make up for the amount of produce that goes into the compost each week.
First and last year with Garden of Eve for us unfortunately. We're already scoping out other CSAs for next season. We learned the hard way to make sure you visit the farms before you commit to a CSA share. Maybe it's a bad year for them, not sure but we aren't willing to risk another $1000 next year. The owners seem really nice, so giving an extra star for that :)
Great items: lettuce, tomatoes, bok choy, zucchini, beets, radishes, kholrabi, parsley, cilantro, cabbage, cucumbers, corn (sometimes)
Not so great items: basil (overgrown, dried out), winter squash (to hard to get to any meat, rotted at top of squash), celery (more like a bush than a stalk and bitter), green beans, corn (sometimes)
We love that this farm is organic and love how great most things taste. We love the variety and would ask for even more variety. We were overwhelmed with cucumbers early in the season! Tons of corn as well - though it was a mixed bag. Some was great, other times it had worms in it or was dried out.
Despite the not so great items, we ate better this summer than ever before. I would buy a share again, but hope Garden of Eve improves next year.

I actually meant to leave 2 stars, not one. I apologize for that.
