Last year I found myself stopping by the Frog Holler table at the Ann Arbor Farmer's Market even though I bought into a CSA elsewhere, so I signed up with Frog Holler this year. The produce is always fresh, nicely varied with some unusual and tasty herbs and vegetables I'd never had before. I signed up for the salad share and am glad I did - the signature salad mix is delicious and I don't lack for vegetables from share to share. The generous amount of vegetables allows me to eat mostly vegetarian this summer with plenty to preserve/freeze for the winter months. Every month, the share consists of more vegetables than the per month cost of the CSA would buy at tmajor name supermarkets and lasts longer. Moreover, it tastes better - I've not really tasted greens or such sweet carrots since I was a young child. The folks at Frog Holler are always friendly and willing to dispatch helpful advice - last year and this year I bought all of my seedlings from this farm and found the end result well worth it.
