What is going on with farm fresh eggs? Every single egg out of my dozen has two egg yolks. This is a little scary. They claim to be organic, but something must be causing this to happen.

Thats not unusual for Jumbo or XL eggs, its cause you never saw it in the stores it throws you off. They arent toxic chickens! LOL

We've ordered pork and eggs multiple times from this farm (directly thru their website) and though the pork orders take some time to come to fruition, we're told what to expect up front and have had no issues. The eggs have the best tasting yolk around and are terrific for baking. You can go to their farm and see the chickens, pigs, cows, goats and such all running around quite happily from their gate- though they don't do tours. This is acceptable to me, because of their layout, everything is visible right from the road- nothing to hide!

I placed an order in April 2010 and paid online. The farm will not respond to emails or phone calls. BEWARE this must be a fraudulent company. . .I have no other option but to contact Paypal and the Better Business Bureau for resolution.

I called about some chickens and pork and it felt like they were too busy to answer my questions. Also, some of their prices are expensive. and you pay your own processing costs on top of that!

We are a small family farm raising critically endangered breeds of livestock. We charge a fair price for our heirloom breed meat because it is chemical, pesticide free and raised on open pasture. This takes LOT'S of time and energy. We take as much time for all of our customers that we can, but please also remember that we ARE a working farm. We do not have the ability at this time to give personalized or group tours. This helps to keep our level of exposure to contaminants down. As such, we do not treat our animals with any antibiotics, dewormers, or medicated feeds and have worked very hard to maintain our healthy animals. We hope you understand and we look forward to speaking to each of our valued customers.
