Whenever I visit home (shrewsbury, Ma) I always take a drive by Green Hill Farm. To me it symbolizes much of what I love about New England. The chickens pecking about the field, the livestock grazing, the sugar shack puffing smoke into a cold moonlit February night. As a chef I know that a good meal starts with great ingredients. The produce available at Green Hill Farm is nothing short of that. The owners/ and farmers names are Peter and Beth. Seek them out if you are in the Worcester county area. The juice is well worth the squeeze.
