The most enjoyable pick your own farm experience I have ever had. My only regret is that I didn't find it sooner.

I just got back from Barry's and Jan's Farm and I have to say it was excellent. Barry was very helpful, friendly and very kind. Their fruit is delicious and free of pesticides. I will definitely be back for blueberries and raspberries in a few weeks:))))

Our family voted and this is one of a handful of local farms in and around Wmsburg we found to trust. These folks are the true blue, authentic, and we can be rest assured that their homemade items are from an approved kitchen and their other foods are brought in from local farms. Nothing like a few other country markets or country farms that say their items are local....as this is the real McCoy.

Our children say, "THIS ROCKS" and we happen to agree.

You won't be disappointed here.

What a great way to spend an early morning! Barry is so friendly and helpful in telling me where the best berries are as we ride in the Berrymobile through the rows. He makes sure that I know the best technique for spotting and picking the berries. It is always a pleasure to see Jan and bring home some of her delicious jams. I especieally love the Strasberry jam. The plant is a cross between a strawberry and raspberry and the jam is so sweet and delicious. I LOVE this place!!!

There's nothing like fresh fruit from the farm and the berries are fresh and sweet at this farm. The layout makes it easy to pick and early morning is the best time, quiet with birds singing makes the time fly by as your bucket fills up with wonderful berries.

Well worth the trip to get the freshest sweet berries from a friendly family owned farm.

I had the good fortune to visit Barry and Jan and sampled blueberry jam made from their 2008 harvest season. It was so wonderful spread on warm, fresh-baked bread, that Jan made! Barry showed me all the varieties of berries that will be ready this summer. I will be back this summer to pick all kinds of berries and figs! And I will be sure to stock up on Jan's scrumptious jams. I also purchased a copy of Jan's cute cookbook, and I am excited to try out the easy recipes. This is a wonderful and special family farm.
