I had a hertiage breed turkey for thanksgiving and it was excellent. We prefer dark meat which was juicy and very good flavor, even the white meat was moist and very good as well. Flavor was like no other turkey I have had before, definetly better than you can get at the grocery store!!!! Would highly recommend getting a heritage breed turkey. It was frozen and well cleaned, Christine does an excellent job.

I purchased 12 chickens from Christine last summer and we have been so pleased with them! The meat is delicious and I feel good knowing I'm feeding my family quality food! Christine seems to take great care and interest in making sure the chickens are eating a healthy, free-range diet and her diligence to do her best to ensure that the chickens are eating GMO-free, is a huge positive to me when choosing where to purchase meat for my family! I will definitely be ordering more chickens to fill my freezer, and would recommend Earth Laughing Farm to friends!

I purchased a turkey from Christine for Thanksgiving this year, knowing from past experience how wonderful they are! I had company from out of state and was eager to hear what they thought about the turkey, as they had never tried free range poultry before. Needless to say, the praise for the turkey was quite satisfying! I didn't even season it before putting it in the roaster! Just a coat of butter and left it alone. My guest's kept wandering over to the roaster throughout the day, questioning me on when the turkey would be done because it smelled so wonderful! They were amazed when they found out that it was all natural with no seasonings added!!! Christine's poultry is always top quality! I plan on purchasing multiple birds this coming year to keep in the freezer for year round enjoyment!

I purchased two chickens on Monday this week. I roasted one yesterday and it was delicious. I will be purchasing all of the items available from Christine. She's very knowledgeable and committed to producing healthy and reasonably priced food.

My goal is to buy local and not from large producers who use hormones and cage animals. After buying a whole chicken to try from Christine and Marie, I took it home and thought, Oh I'm going to have to clean this bird. Well,to my surprise, I pulled it out of the bag and all I had to do was rinse it off, season it and put it in the crock pot. That's how well the birds are cleaned. The meat was so tender and all the juice that came from that bird was amazing. Nothing like store bought chicken. After that I bought 20 more chickens and put them in my freezer. Since the chickens were so good, I now buy their eggs as well. Talk about delicious and reasonably priced. Thanks Christine and Marie!

I have purchased turkeys, chickens, muffins, eggs and all sorts of items from Christine & Marie and have ALWAYS found them to be the best tasting highest quality products at the most reasonable price.

The Banana Walnut muffins are my kids favorite ... Christine even "customized" then for my super picky children. What a blessing to have this farm in our community!

Christine was so helpful with my lamb purchase. I've always lived in cities, so I'm not too privy to purchasing lambs directly from the farm. Christine really walked me through the process and answered all of my questions. The price was very fair, too. She did all the work, all I have to do is pick up the lamb. Five stars!
