My family and I actually visited this farm while driving the Alcona County Quilt Trail during our vacation in northern Michigan. What an amazing place! We had booked a tour and it was well worth it. There is a wealth of information here, so much rich history and the demonstrations were remarkable. Spinning wool into yarn, milking a dairy goat, collecting wholesome eggs from free range chickens and tasting samples of pasture raised lamb, duck and chicken. I was nervous about trying the goat cheese, but delighted to find how really great it was. Our children were so excited to see the many different animals - they even have a fowl trail there, and we met "Lassie", a real working farm collie!

We absulutely love the raw honey, just delicious! So were the jams made with farm raised fruits.

If you ever get a chance to experience this farm in person, it is worth the trip. If not, order their products online, you will not be disappointed!!
