Went Thursday July 28th and it was tooooo hot to walk around and many of the produce were wilted. I would change the time from 6-10pm during the summer.

It doesn't compare to the classic Antelope Valley Winery Farmers Market held every Saturday from 9am-noon. They have a beautiful park area with lot's of shad and a beautiful vineyard to look at.

If I go back to Lancaster's Blvd Market it will be after 6/7 pm...Way tooooo hot to stand on the pavement...

It's small, but everyone is genuinely glad to see you ... it's almost like an extended family and is so important in building and maintaining community.

I now live in a more affluent area of NH, but I am well aware of the financial hardships in my home town of Lancaster. Their Farmer's Market has always been a joy to visit, as it nestles in the scenic little park at the center of town. The offerings are vast, from handmade (photographs of the area)postcards ... to fresh veggies ... to REAL maple syrup. It's not a huge market, like Portsmouth, but it is a jewel!
