Blue Sage Farm's lamb is delicious. We tried the apple lamb sausage and loved it and also the chops. We too are looking forward to the cheese in the spring of 2009.

Blue Sage lamb is low in fat and high in quality. Processed at an optimal size the meat is tender without any of the "mutton" flavor you find so often in typical meat case lamb. They also have several varieties of sausages and salome which are excellent. In 2009 Blue Sage plans to also offer cheeses. I can hardly wait!
