Matt has been providing our family with top notch produce for six months. First, and most important in my mind, the produce is perfect. Asparagus is tender, lettuce is crisp and tasty, broccoli, cauliflower, squash, radishes, beets are great. The greens are so good that my two children get excited when they see that our weekly share contains them! Each week we receive a box that is more than enough quantity for our dollar and that often includes bonuses such as fruit and nuts. The eggs from Bounty of the Valley are quite simply the best eggs I have ever had. Bounty of the Valley is everything a good CSA should be.
