I had the pleasure to work for Kris for about 2 growing seasons. Changed my life and set me on my career path of organic farming and entomology. I truly owe the world to Kris, John, and my fellow interns Kaitlyn, Haley, Lindsay and Brittany that made the 2016 season a treat.

Beyond education and work, you can count on any produce coming from this farm to be more than organic (morganic!), incredibly tasty, fresh, and full of nutrients. I loved selling our products at the Telluride Farmers Market and getting to meet our customers face to face. I love cooking so lots of recipe sharing and veggie cooking recommendations.

I don't know how active this farm is currently but just know if you are in this area, anyone or anything associated with Tomten, the Holstroms, and Hastings Mesa in general are safe and wonderous spaces. I write this from the other side of the country yearning to visit again!
