They raise their animals for 24 months vs. 18 months with most grass-fed beef farmers and 12 months for the feedlot variety. Their beef has taste and texture. Delicious. Even their hamburger is a revelation. Friends have commented "simply the best beef they have ever had."
From what I read about grass-fed beef it's really good for you too. Low in fat and high in vitamins.
