I am a vendor at the Canon City Farmers Market. Two weeks ago, I had some car trouble and needed a jump start. Luckily I was within walking distance! What a wonderful feeling it was to know that I was surounded by people that care. Two weekes in a row, I needed help with my van and two weeks in a row, I got the help I needed. There was a group of people (customers, vendors and the market manager)that stayed at the park to make sure that I got on the road. The Canon City Farmers Market has a sense of community unlike any other that I have seen. Thats why it's my favorite!

For 13 years this market has been the center of our community as a gathering place, a place where non profits are, and a place where we can depend on our produce being local Colorado grown produce only. A grow your own market where you have to grow it yourself to sell it.

Canon city farmers market is a small market but a good one. vendors are friendly and the staff is wonderful. Have a good time every wednesday.

This is a wonderful market, that is well organized, well run and very supportive to the community. It is held every Wednesday in a beautiful centrally located park. This is a very conservative town. The Farmers Market helps bring not only fresh produce but also fresh ideas to the community.
