Fresh local food is the best. If lots of people support local farmers we will help the "little guys" stay in business

I tried this market several times in 2008 since it's very conveniently located for us. I'll look again in 2009 but unless the percentage of vendors has changed from 20% actual producers of farm products to 80% "other," I won't be back.

It's more arts and crafts fair than farmer's market. Lots of gourmet foods like sausages, salsas and artisan bread, silver jewelry, pottery, table linens, handmade soaps and ... you get the idea. This must be what people in this part of the Denver area are looking for but it's not for me. I was shopping for fresh, locally grown produce so I could make my own gourmet food, not buy it in a jar from someone else. I certainly wasn't looking for Provence-inspired tableware.
