But it's a nice thing on Sunday mornings until about 2 p.m. However, there are few actual "farm" offerings -- much of this is crafts and the like. That (to me) is disappointing. Only a couple of produce stands. However ... it's still fun and it's still community-building which is the main thing.

Well, actually it's not been Villa Italia for several years. We know it as Belmar -- an awesome redo of a tired looking Villa Italia neighborhood. I love it that on Sundays they shut off a block from traffic and have a wonderful variety of vendors. That's my favorite Sunday brunch/shopping site.

First of all, a Correction for you: Villa Italia mall was torn down years ago and has been replaced gradually over the last several years as a mixed-use development (retail/restaurants/entertainment/banking/offices/residential) called BELMAR. It is a very convenient location, plenty of parking, and within walking distance for many people. Good atmosphere, plenty to see and do nearby, and is becoming more popular, bigger every year.

It is located in our beautifu downtown Belmar. We have lots of wonderful shops and restaurants to visit while shopping for the freshest vegetables in town.
