On a whim, we went to the Easton Baconfest (yea, don?t judge) and there were hundreds of food vendors. Everything you could imagine! Anyway, we?re always on the lookout for excellent honey and we found it with the Blueberry Honey from Valley Fall Farm (Johnsonburg, NJ). It is excellent! We?re honey fans and this is good stuff! We also learned where to keep this liquid gold (south facing window). So what?s the downside? We only bought one pound of this terrific honey. Looks like we?ll have to go to the 2018 PA Baconfest. (Again, don?t judge. There a ton more at this event than bacon.)
