They have a wide variety of fresh, local produce. They give space to local charieties weekly and have good music.

The market provides a vital economic base for the many vendors there. It provides a central meeting place on Saturdays and a place where city dwellers can pick up fresh farm produce fromvSequim growers. Without it, Saturdays downtown wouldn't have the life the market provides

This refuge from our all too busy lives enables us to slow down, relax, meet friends and neighbors, show off our dogs, catch up on local news, issues and events in addition to offering the finest in locally-grown, organic produce. Bakers tempt passersby with their artisan breads and pastries. Barrista's offer their fine line of coffees & tea. Food vendors totally knock your diet off the table. Artists and crafters display their wares rounding out a fine day at the local market.

Every Saturday from May through October, early in the morning a vibrant community appears like Avalon through the mist where there was an empty street just a little while before. A treat to all your senses.... marvelous food to taste or cook later, the aroma of fresh baked goods and BBQ, beautiful & creative handmade homegrown art of all kinds to see, delightful musicians to hear, and friends to hug. And so family-friendly. I love to see the smallest kids gyrate to the music and those in their 80's and 90's loving the Old Time Fiddlers. The farm fresh produce vibrating with life-affirming energy with new surprises each week. And farmers sharing their best recipes for their sometimes exotic treats. Susan Molin

We love the family atmosphere and so many people strolling through the market-walking their dogs and socializing them with other dogs. The market is handicapped friendly and people can enjoy the great food and music each week. It is one of the highlights for tourists from all over the USA..Come all and see what is there!!!!

The Sequim Open Aire Market supports sustainable agriculture, promotes the production and marketing of locally grown farm products, fine art and handcrafted products, supports farming and fine art opportunities for our young people, endeavors to educate the public on available community services and has recently started and are promoting a waste management and recycling program with the hopes of educating and encouraging a "green" attitude and environment.

There are several booths that offer locally grown vegetables and fruit.
It's clean and easy to access.
