I love the local produce, cheeses, etc., and I love supporting my local farmers. My granddaughters asked me to add that they love the soaps! It is also a fun place to meet up with friends and neighbors.

I prefer to shop locally & what better way than buying DIRECTLY from the farmers...who i think are some of the hardest working people around!!!

It is the place to go on Saturday morning: fresh food, friendly folk; great blend of produce and art. It is a destination for all my visiting friends from the Bay Area.

It's innovative and includes so many of our local farmers - the music, the food, seeing my neighbors and chatting them up.

Every time I go home (to the NW) I go to PT to visit friends in the area. The best part of our visit is always making wonderful meals made with fresh foods from the Farmer's Market. Going to PT has always felt like going home... the vibe, the people, the life... I miss it it so much, and if I can support it in this small way, then all the better.

The market is a testimony to the diverse talents & progressive, healthy attitudes of the community at large, young & old....a dependable "happening" that nurtures our bodies, minds & souls. People come from far & wide; the word is out!! Our high school arts fundraiser is generously hosted by the Farmer's Market as well! Come get your face painted))

We are so fortunate to have so many wonderful organic farmers in our community dedicated to clean, organic foods and vegetables. We live in a creative mecca of farmers, artists, musicians, writers, actors, wine makers and aficionados. The choices presented at our farmers market is top drawer and it is a great hub to meet up with friends while the sweet music wafts through the market. Thank you to all.

For all the obvious reasons--- delicious, local food, awesome local crafts, but also it always makes me feel happy and smile when I walk through the market on Saturday. I talk to friends, pet the dogs, and taste the samples while I listen to live music. What could be more blissful!

We love the fresh produce, the aromatic mixture of herbs, salmon, coffee, flowering plants, remarkable pastries; AND the abundance of offerings from our creative artisans: Three Strands Weaving, Deja's photo-cards, woodcrafts, soaps, candles...It's also a terrific means of staying in touch with the residents of our community!

The Farmer's Market in Port Townsend is about food, but it's also about community. Every Saturday at least half the town is there, conversing with everyone else, and having a fun time doing it. Also in this market, it's been known for vendors to trade goods with each other rather than making them pay which makes this market truely unique.

Port Townsend farmers and farmers market has the strongest commitment to local organic farming in comparison to any other town of its size that I've seen.

The farmers are hard working and produce great organic fresh veggies and fruits;they are happy to answer any questions and tell you about their produce. There's also honey, fresh fish, wonderful lunch stands, hand made essential oils, goats milk soap...chocolates, doggie cookies...you name it and they always have great local entertainment. A wonderful way to spend the day and buy local!

fantastic organic growers with at least 7 farms providing excellent produce on Saturdays & Wednesdays. We are so spoiled to have such amazing organic abundance right in our own backyard. Well supported by the community and great fresh foods with our own local creamery, breweries, chocolateres. grilled salmon and live music with fun for all!

This Market is one reason I feel like I moved to heaven eight years ago when I came here. It's ALWAYS gorgeous, friendly and full of beauty for all the senses. Our community is more grounded and lively because of it and our tables have more delicious and healthy food, too.

Port Townsend Farmers Market holds all the best of what a farmer's market is, close to its core. It's local, almost all organic, colorful, friendly and a great social event.
