Phil and Christine do this right. They are friendly entrepreneurs who are skilled at what they do. They provide wonderfully succulent offerings, and push us to be creative. At the same time they comfort us with the familiarity of classics, with spicy peppers and outrageous tomatoes. The Throops put forth wonderful products and service every time we visit. I cannot compliment them enough for what they do and for how exquisitely they do it.
