I just got my delivery today and was so excited for the collard greens and the fact that you understand what they mean by "a bunch" of greens! I wasn't sure what your "bunch" would look like, so I ordered 2. When they arrived today, my eyes nearly popped out! God's beautiful abundance was what I received! I have been a very happy customer for many months. Every 2 weeks our basket comes packed with the freshest fruit and veggies for my family.....You can tell there is a lot of thought and love put into this business. My kids love getting the basket and discovering new veggies/fruit they like....and those muffins are to die for! I especially like that I can order extra's like farm fresh eggs, cheese, granola, extra fruit and veggies, I think we've tried and regularly get extra's because they are so delicious. I really feel like they look after their customers and all concerns/questions are responded to quickly. I can't recommend them enough and hope to keep baskets coming for a long time into the future. I've been with Lancaster's since I moved to Tampa about 8 months ago and it's great. I get a "staple" basket which is great because I get enough fruits and veggies for myself for two weeks and it almost always means I have "recipe ingredients" on hand. I haven't done a cost analysis versus if I bought the basket at the grocery store, but I'm pretty sure Lancaster's is cheaper, even with the delivery. My delivery man is also super nice and polite and it's easy to communicate with them via email, phone or web if you need to make a change. I enjoy supporting my local farmers and getting tasty fresh veggies.

Recently a friend referred me to the newest organic produce stand located in Lithia, on Lithia Pinecrest near the turn off to Fish Hawk. Having passed by several times on Sunday and seeing they were closed, I made a special trip to visit on Saturday. I was so impressed with the fresh fruit and vegetables that I immediately joined their bi-weekly club. While I live close by and can pick up, they do deliver to your door (saving you valuable time and money)!

The combo fruit and vegetable basket is brimming with the freshest from local farms. This week I added the free range chicken eggs and goat's cheese to my basket. I have shared their info with approximately 50 people so far, and hope this will help their business grow.

It has certainly improved our diet and gives me the opportunity to explore new recipes! The best thing is that they will customize your basket to include your favorites and you can also give them a list of dislikes. It is easy to incorporate into our meal plans and is a great value as well!
