I had the pleasure of meeting Kim Snyder at the Farmer's Market this past Saturday in Woodlawn/Hyde Park in Chicago Illinois. Kim is as lovely on the inside as she is on the outside. By the time I stopped at her booth, I had run short of enough cash to make the purchases that I wanted from the products I selected from her business. Though I suggested leaving the items I planned to purchase until I returned with cash, She insisted that since I lived nearby that I just take the items and bring the cash after I had a chance to put the meat in the freezer and return.

I thought, WOW, how wonderfully old fashioned and trusting this person is to trust me that way, though she had never met me before. I took myself, my Giant Schnauzer, Basie, and my products home and drove back with cash and bought even more of her fabulous meats and dairy products after thanking her for her trust. She explained that that's how farmers are, they just trust people to follow through on their word. What a pleasure to do business with someone like Kim!!

Then, there is the food.... I tried the breakfast sausage and her wonderful eggs. Incomparable!! I plan to make gifts of these to some of my "foodie" friends and have already shared her web site with one of my friends. I look forward to buying more products from Faith Farm and have been seriously considering buying a few hens of my own! -- Monica Brown

Kim is such a nice person. She was very helpful and informative; patiently answered all of my questions and took on us a tour of the ranch. We ordered both the pork and the beef and the meat is extraordinary. It is flavorful and tender. We are definately placing our order for next year! Thanks Kim!
