We are on our second order from Deep Creek. The quality of the meat is awesome. Prior to our first order we met David Strawn at the ranch and he showed us the cattle and lambs. He explained all of their methods and procedures to us. We have also dealt with Trish Strawn she has personally delivered the meat to us. On both occaisons she called me from the butcher to make sure that our beef was cut exactly how we wanted it. They share recipes and treat you like you are part of their family.
