This garden is well designed. Neat and clean with a well rounded variety of fresh fruits,vegetables and herbs. You will find some rare produce here that you won't see elsewhere. Produce is always picked fresh at the peak of ripeness for the best flavor and nutrition. Ray and Virginia are hard working folk that love their job and serve their community. You will be pleased that you stopped by. A healthy body starts with healthy food.

Mommy and Daddy fix me veggies from Custom Gardens all of the time and it is so delicious! I always eat all my greens! I especially love the green beans!

Best farm I've seen in the area. You need to break up awards into areas = small, medium and large markets. Otherwise the little guys in sparsely populated areas don't stand a chance.

These are home town folks that are taking care of thirty famileys in need in our little town. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and just planr good people. It is a blessing to have neighbors like them in our small town, we have to drive 15 miles to find a real grocery store.

City people don't appreciate all the good things that come from small town farms like ours.I too grow organic fruit and veggies on my property here in S.S. & appreciate all the hard work my local farmers Ray and Virginia put into their business.I would like to put Silver Springs back on the map and stop the snooty City folk from putting us down all the time!!!! Not only are they superb people but the food is wonderful and they usually have some that are not the usual market fare

Ray & Virginia do a wonderful job in growing superb produce! We are members of their CSA and are very impressed with the quality of their produce and also with the quantity in our CSA box each week. Also, the variety of items is amazing. We've had other CSA's, but none of have come close to what Custom Garderns has provided.

They are the best!! First of all, they are Organic! In fact, they were the first farm in Nevada to become USDA "Certified Organic". They devote their lives to providing natural and nutritious veggies to many veggie lovers in Northern Nevada. Ray and Virginia have devoted their lives to their farm and helped bring the organic awareness to Nevada. Who know you could maintain such a fruitful, thriving farm in the desert? The farm is beautiful and very well maintained!

Not only are they skillful gardeners, but they are zealous in their advocacy of organic practices and their willingness to explain and educate about heirloom varieties and growing techniques. I always feel spiritually reinvigorated after a visit to Custom Gardens. They have taken a patch of desert land and made an oasis. My life is better as a result of their example.

Amazing Produce cheaper than in the store. Its also organic which doesnt hurt. Its nice knowing that your not putting a bunch of pesticides in your body.

They run a friendly, strictly organic farm with a wide variety of vegetables and fruit. Their crops are of the highest quality. Once you've tried it - you'll never buy vegetables at a grocery store again.

The produce they harvest is delicious and always fresh. I find the strawberries tastier than any other. It's hard to find reasonable organic produce, and this place is the place for me!

This is the best organic farm around. Great people run it and they have the tastiest strawberries (& preserves).

It is a laid-back interesting experience and a joy to watch the veggies grow - which are waiting for me on in the bins, shelves and coolers. Shopping this green-market is Cool!

The organic vegetables and fruits that come from this farm are amazing. The farmers have vast knowledge and experience growing organic veggies in the desert, and they are generous in sharing that information with others. Each year there is a section of the farm set aside for a theme garden. This year the theme is Mediterranean. There is always something interesting to see. The farmstand is open on Sundays from 10-2.

Custom Gardens is owned by two wonderful people who work hard for themselves and their community. Their farm is a good, honest, and clean farm. The fruits, herbs, and vegetables that we have received from Custom Gardens are always clean and taste at their peak of flavor.
