We first tried some of the various beef products offered by Dietzler Farms at the Kenosha Farmers Market last summer. We were most impressed! Absolutely no comparison to the beef you get at the local super market.

We also like that fact that their animals are not pumped full of antibiotics and graze out in the field instead of some concrete feed lot. That, and the animals are feeding on what they should be eating and not corn which make them sick which is the rationale for the antibiotics in the first place.

We would highly recommend any Dietzler Farms product.

I sell at one of the same markets, and always try to buy my food from fellow vendors and people I know. I tried some ground beef, and I am hooked!

About a year ago I bought a side of beef from someone else, and the two cannot even compare.

What I bought has been dry, flavorless and hard to cook to tenderness. Having seen the product that comes to market, I know this won't be the case with Dietzler - every cut I've seen has been beautifully colored and well-marbled, as well as very generous in size.

The taste can't be beat either, if the ground beef is any clue! This isn't grocery store fare - this is premium quality, top of the line beef!

I also have to say that the prices are wonderful for the quality of the product - and the price on a full side is better than just about anywhere I've found.

Processing included, I would have saved well over $500 and had a much better product if I'd have known about Dietzler Farms before I purchased last time.

Soon as my freezer is empty or my pride lets me dump the dry flavorless stuff, there's a Dietzler side of beef with my name on it!

I cannot find enough words of praise for Michelle, who works the market be both do - she's a great lady and really knows her stuff! Her customer service is incomparable, and she's a lot of fun besides - I can't wait for the weekly summer market to open up!

I have purchased beef from the Wheaton French Market. Michelle has been so wonderful responding to my e-mail requests for special orders. And, I have never been disappointed by the products I have purchased. I have also found Michelle to be most helpful with recipe ideas and suggestions.

If you are thinking of ordering from Dietzler Farms, you will not be disappointed! Give them a try.

I received a package of Dietzler meets as a gift last X-Mas and I thought it's just some frozen beef. O boy was I wrong, from the day I open the first package of frozen beef I couls not belive the color the beef had, and once I cooked it, my entire family eat all of it. We've tried all kinds and brands. Price is never a problem we look for the best and we have found it. Love it, just won't look anywhere else this is it.

We had never bought a quarter of beef before. Michelle was great and answered all our questions. The service was great. The taste of the beef was so much more flavorful than what we have bought at the grocery store, it was hard to believe. The real recommendation, we will be buying their beef again and again.

Not only is this beef top notch, but the service goes to match. Very rarely do vendors deliver, consistently, with a fantastic product coupled with great service. Michelle is as good as it gets, and my clients love the beef, too.

The beef is perfection, tender, juicy, flavorful! We had the short ribs recently and they were better than those found in your very pricey restaurants. Their hamburger patties are high quality and grill up to perfection.You can't miss with thier beef!

The Dietzler burgers and steaks are fantastic. I liked them so much that I referred them to a local upscale restaurant who ended up using them as their meat vendor.
