We have a great time at the VA Peninsula WAPF meetings! Everyone is pleasant , & we learn how our ancestors made their foods & why, as well as where to find local nutrient-dense foods. Additionally, we get to sample everyone's homemade creations, made like our ancestors did, & they are yummy! We also learn how families around the world are still making cultural foods using protocols passed down from generation to generation. We always learn something new, enjoy ourselves, & stay late!

This sounds interesting. Could you send me more information please? My husband and I are vegan, EXCEPT we do eat fish. My husband loves gardening, and he grows some of our vegetables. This may be something he would enjoy.....so would I. Thank you, R. O'Donnell
