Buy local, know your vendor and know how your food is produced. That is the experience Lake Metroparks Farmpark Farmers' Market brings to its customers. The vendors are knowledgable and like talking to the customers about their product. The variety of offerings includes seasonal fruits and vegetables, grass fed beef, eggs, honey and maple syrup, baked goods, and even hand made jewelery and alpaca wool for knitting. It is a great shopping experience.

I thought this comment describes Lake Farmpark Farmes Market quite well. The alpaca fiber sold there is washed, dyed, blended & carded on a drumcarder. The batts are ready for spinning or felting.

This is my first year as a vendor at farmparks farmers market. I need not have worried about how to set up. The staff & volunteers are VERY helpful. The area is well kept & clean. The vendors are friendly & helpful. Although they are at the market to sell their wares, they are not pushy. Each booth has a very nice variety of farm produce. Having handmade products makes the market interesting for those who may not want to buy produce.

Kirtland is a city that has the feel of the country. The Lake Metropark Farmers teaches school children from all over northeast about farming and growimg fruits and vegatables. It is a asset to Lake County. The produce is fresh and the selection is very good
