Being a Chef, I try to get as much as I can locally until winter sets in. I patronize this market and the Astoria one as well.

The people are wonderful, the products are fantastic and I love being able to walk to have fresh, locally grown produce! The vendors are so friendly and helpful that they make the experience the highlight of my week, every week.

I love the Cannon Beach Farmer's Market because of the variety of wonderful, organic foods, the music, and the people: in other words, everything that makes a farmer's market such a treasured and important part of a community.

The Market is such an educational resource for our community, we've all learned so much about food resources in north western Oregon. Not only do we have the opportunity to buy great wonderful produce and cheese and fish and fabulous eggs.... we learn from the farmers and vendors how to prepare the food, suggestions for serving...we end up feeling like gourmet cooks! PS I love meeting new people each week, such a good gathering of interesting people!

I love the Cannon Beach Farmers Market because of the great variety of fresh, local and organic foods I can buy there. They have everything from farmstead cheeses, to local crab, halibut, oysters and salmon, fabulous produce, pasture-raised meats, edible plant starts, stone fruits, Oregon strawberries and artisan baked goods! Plus lots of unusual and unique foods I can't find anywhere else. Plus, they always have great local bands playing and nice places to sit and hang out with friends. If you sit up in the area by the restaurant of the week, you can see Haystack Rock and all the birds flying around it!
