Love the fresh local produce so close to home! Saturday is also a great day to have the market.

They are local farmers who participate in the Women's, Infants and Children's program so participants can have access to fresh produce. They offer the community an opportunity to fundraise during their hours of business by allowing various groups to have bake sales. The fresh produce is the main attraction. Knowing local farmers are bringing food they have grown personally is a treasure of a by-gone era. Their prices are reasonable and the farmers are friendly. It is always a pleasure to shop at the Racine Downtown Farmers' Market!

It's important to support our local farmers! I prefer the fresh local produce rather than what is delivered to the grocery store from the opposite end of the country.
