After watching Food Inc., my wife and I started searching for locally raised beef. We started purchasing produce at the NC Farmers Market and came across the stand for Rare Earth Farms. We asked Karl (the owner) for information on their products and he explained in detail the benefits of his products. We were a little skeptical at first but after cooking and tasting the beef we noticed the difference. It was a good experience, trying something as healthy as this. Prices are pretty good too, very comparable to health food stores but a lot closer to us. We won't buy beef anywhere else. Every experience we have with their beef has been a good experience.
