I love their chicken and they are worth every penny. I can't always afford to get pastured chicken but I am so spoiled so I just go without until I can. Great product!

Christine and Richard understand the true meaning and importance of sound ecological practices on their farm. They are hardworking, have strong ethics, and produce the best chicken and lamb anywhere! The flavor is subtle and rich and it is comforting knowing it is produced on an organic, solar farm by caring people.

You coudn't ask for more conscientious people and better meat. Yummy chicken livers (one of only three meats I ever eat anywhere, any time). Thanks to both Chris and Richard for their commitment to the planet and real food.

Just enjoyed a Wookey Chicken last week and was very pleased. The birds are packaged really nicley and look so nice to roast. The texture and flavor of the meat is great. Looking forward to more of their chicken this summer!

The owners of Wookey Ranch really walk the talk when it comes to sustainable agriculture. I have been out to their operation and seen for myself how they are truly out for the good of the animals and the environment. The chickens and lamb are pasture raised and treated like a member of the ranchers extended family. The power to run the ranch is supplemented with solar panels and wind turbines. I have purchased both chicken and lamb directly from the ranchers at our local farmers market and have always been delighted with the taste, friendly conversation, and helpful cooking tips.

Wookey Ranch is the real deal when it comes to grass feeding and sustainable raising. Their lamb and chicken is excellent.
