We're in the habit of introducing Wild Blossom mead at gatherings and BYOB events - everyone is intrigued, eager to try it, and it is always a hit.

I opened the chilled blue glass bottle of Wild Blossom Blanc de Fleur to have with our dinner of Parmesan chicken, garnet yams, and garden salad. The pleasantly fruity, dry white honey wine (mead) was a perfect companion to the meal.
