Reviews for: Heidi's Raspberry Farm

I happened to receive a gift of Heidi's raspberry preserves from another New Mexico business, Kabala. Wow! What a treat! When I was a kid in Michigan, I used to pick fresh raspberries at my granny's house. Raspberries have always been my favorite fruit! So, I'm getting to the bottom of my jar, and I went online to find that Heidi also makes the preserves with (I'm assuming) local hatch chili peppers!! I ordered three jars and can't wait to receive.

The jam is good but too sweet! It is also somewhat dark. A brighter color can be achieved by selecting brighter coloured, less overripe raspberries. The flavor is nice and it is wonderful it is organic.

It is wonderful to have a local farm to pick from!!

I've been a huge fan of Heidi's Jam for years, I always buy it at the farmers markets. It is the only Jam we use in our house, delicious! So I was super excited to see that she was having u-pick again this year. We went to her fields in los Lunas (it was very hot) and spent a great morning picking. It reminded me of being back in Oregon where the berries are plenty! Thanks Heidi
